EuroLeague CEO, Jordi Bertomeu, spoke with the Spanish website, sport.es, and confirmed that the league put the sanctions of the “Greens” owner on hold.

“Panathinaikos owner did some unacceptable things last season and that’s why he received these sanctions,” the 59-year-old executive said.

“The season came to an end and he apologised in public, admitting he made a mistake. This lets us put the sanctions on hold. But, he will be expelled immediately if he does the same things again,” Bertomeu added.
