Olympiacos defeated Unics Kazan in overtime

Olympiacos came back from a 15-point deficit and beat Unics Kazan (91-89) to claim the third place in the Gomelsky Cup.

Unics were in front by 15 (37-52), but the “Reds” responded and tied the game, thanks to Nigel Williams-Goss’ two-pointer (82-82).

In the overtime, Sasa Vezenkov scored a two-pointer, with 21 seconds to go, and the Greeks won the game.

Giorgos Printezis led the winners with 28 points and six rebounds, with Williams-Goss adding 22 and Zach LeDay 17.

On the other hand, Pierria Henry and Maurice NDour scored 22 points apiece for the Russians.
