Hapoel Jerusalem announced that Amare Stoudemire will make his come-back to the team, after an one-year absence.
Stoudemire played for the Israeli club during the 2016/17 season. He helped the squad win the Israeli League title and the Israeli League Cup. He also led the team to the semifinals of the EuroCup, averaging 12.8 points and 6.6 rebounds per game.
The six-time NBA All-Star announced his retirement a year ago, however he decided to make his return to action.
Hapoel Jerusalem will participate in the Basketball Champions League this season.
