Amedeo Della Valle made eight three-pointers and broke the record for most three-pointers in a single game in the FIBA World Cup European Qualifiers.
The 25-year-old guard was 8-of-11 from beyond the arc and led Italy to an emphatic victory over Poland (101-82). Della Valle ended the game with a team-high 28 points, as Italy is now second in Group J (5-2 record).
