Golden State Warriors head coach, Steve Kerr, stated the acquisition of DeMarcus Cousins will not change the team’s playing style, although the coaching staff will add some plays for the former New Orleans Pelicans power forward.
“We’re not going to change our style of play,” Kerr said, per Scott Ostler of the San Francisco Chronicle. “We’ll definitely add a few plays for DeMarcus (Cousins) down on the block. But for the most part, we’re not going to change who we are,” he added.
