Maccabi Tel-Aviv announced that Alex Tyus renewed his contract with the club for another season and will play for the Israeli powerhouse until the end of the 2018/19 season.
Tyus returns for his fourth season with Maccabi Tel-Aviv, as he was a member of the team from 2013 to 2015. He also won the 2014 EuroLeague title.
The 30-year-old center averaged 8.3 points and 4.9 rebounds with the Israelis in the EuroLeague last season.
