Kostas Antetokounmpo, Giannis’ younger brother, signed a two-way contract with the Dallas Mavericks and the team’s president of basketball operations and General Manager, Donnie Nelson, praised the Greek forward.
“He’s a great rim runner and a great athlete. We’re really excited about his potential,” said Nelson, as the squad selected Antetokounmpo with the 60th overall pick in the 2018 NBA Draft.
Antetokounmpo played for the Mavericks in the Summer League and made decent performances that convinced the Mavs to offer him a two-way contract.
