Matt Janning has agreed to a new, one-year deal with Baskonia and will retain his place in the team until the end of the 2018/19 season.
Per Chema de Lucas, the Basques will extend the contract of the American guard, who decided to keep playing for Baskonia, although he had been reportedly linked with other Euroleague clubs. The team’s official announcement is expected within the next few days.
Janning averaged 8.3 points, 1.7 rebounds and 1.5 assists per game in the Euroleague last season.
