Kosovo international Gazmend Sinani tragically died on Friday at the age of 27.
Sinani was involved in a car accident and died while in hospital but no other information has been released yet.
Sinani was at British Basketball League Leeds Force last season.
“Gazmend Sinani was a wonderful man and a dedicated professional,” a statement from Leeds Force said.
“We are grateful to have had the chance to meet him. He enriched all of our lives.
“He will live in our memories forever.”
