Luka Doncic jersey donated to legendary Museum

Real Madrid’s Luka Doncic is giving back to his hero Drazen Petrovic.

The recently crowned EuroLeague individual treble winner had pledged to donate his game-worn jersey in Sunday’s championship win over Fenerbahce to the Drazen Petrovic Museum in Croatia.

The 19-year old signed his EuroLeague Final Four jersey and donated it to the Drazen Petrovic Memorial Center.

The jersey had a dedication inscribed “For Drazen’s museum”

Slovenian international Goran Dragic had done something similar back in September when the national side won their first Eurobasket. He had given his jersey to Petrovic’s museum, and so Doncic followed in his footsteps.

“We congratulate Real Madrid for winning the EuroLeague, and Luka for winning MVP of the regular season and the Final Four. We also want to say thanks to Luka for donating the signed jersey from the Final Four,” an official statement from the Museum said.
