Zalgiris Kaunas head coach Sarunas Jasikevicius was disappointed following his team’s defeat to Fenerbahce in the semi-final (76-67).
“The atmosphere affected us. I wasn’t expecting an amazing game, but they put a lot of pressure on our guards, and that affected us,” he said.
The Lithuanian coach added that Bobby Dixon was the X-Factor in the game and mentioned his team should have been more aggressive defensively in order to stop him.
Jasikevicius also said his team will fight for the third place, since “our job hasn’t finished yet. We want to win the 3rd place game.”
