Olympiacos takes the win in Rome (video)

OlympiacosLast season’s Euroleague finalists Olympiacos improved their record to 4-1 with an away win (86-71) against Virtus Roma. Italian side struggled to cope with their opponents as Olympiacos stayed in front for the entire game.

Dusan Ivkovic’s team was better in both 2-point (51% against 39.5%) and 3-point (57.1% against 35.7%) shooting. 2009-2010 Euroleague MVP Milos Teodosic was the most valuable player for the Greek runners-up with an index rating of 24.

Andrea Crosariol scored 17 points and had an index rating of 23 for Virtus Roma. Josh Heytvelt added 13 and was the other player who scored in double digits for the Italians.
