Taylor Rochestie wants to leave Crvena Zvezda in order to join Israeli club Hapoel Jerusalem, it has been reported.
With ‘Sport 5’ reporting it first, 32-year-old Rochestie has asked the Serbian club that he wants to be released from his contract, after the final of the Adriatic league and is expected to arrive in Jerusalem no later than April 15.
Crvena Zvezda however, have yet to give its consent.
Hapoel is looking forward to Rochestie’s arrival and compares his transfer to that of Richard Howell last season. The guard is putting up great numbers in the EuroLeague for the Belgrade side, averaging 13.7 points and 5.1 assists this season, shooting 40.8 percent from three-point land.
