Zoran Erceg is a player Partizan are heavily interested in and Partizan board is doing everything in their power to bring him to Belgrade.
Partizan had made an offer for Erceg months ago but Olympiacos rejected it as it didn’t satisfy them financially. Nevertheless Partizan is not giving up and is expected to comeback with a better offer.
Partizan’s GM Dragan Todoric confirmed the fact: “Zoran is in our plans for next season and we will be offering him a starting five position. We are waiting for things to clear out with Olympiacos first. I intend to speak with Dusan Ivkovic to further clear up things.” stated the trophy collector of Partizan.
Of course things are hard for the Serbian champs as Erceg got a heavy contract with Olympiacos (700.000 euros for the season) and Partizan might need to use some leverage, current or future, to bait Olympiacos.
Olympiacos might also want to delay Erceg’s transfer due to Bouroussis’ injury which will keep him out for some weeks.
