Khimki guard Charles Jenkins has admitted that it will be a weird feeling when he faces old club Crvena Zvezda in the EuroLeague.

The two teams clash in Belgrade in Tuesday with Jenkins, who enjoyed two spells with the Serbian giants wondering around his old club’s haunts with great memories.

“It’s a strange feeling. I walked through the locker rooms, but this time I am in the visitor’s one,” Jenkins said.

“The locker room looks the same, but it is further than the old one.”

It’ll be a different feel for the 28-year-old but the reality for Jenkins regardless of all of the emotion is that it is another game.

“It is just a game, but it is strange,” Jenkins said.

“I played too many games here and I will feel good on the court. I saw when Vasilije Micic and Vladimir Stimac came back how the crowd reacted. I hope the crowd will be loud when they hear my name.”
