Fenerbahce small forward James Nunnally is set to be sidelined for one month due to a hand fracture, suffered in the team’s win over Baskonia.

Nunnally left last night’s EuroLeague game due to a bad fall after a dunk which sent him out of the game on a stretcher.

The 27-year-old has is out of the hospital already, but as a result of the fracture on his left hand, Nunnally will be out for up to one month.

In an official statement, Fenerbahce thanks its fans, teams, sportsman and sports lovers who sent good wishes to him over the last few hours.

Nunnally, who won the EuroLeague title with Fenerbahce last season, is averaging 10.4 points on 54.5 percent three-point shooting and 2.5 rebounds in 16 games so far this season.

While Nunnally recovers, the EuroLeague champions are still waiting on the status of center Jan Vesely.

The Czech high-flyer injured his Achilles in the team’s win over Baskonia and as a result, he will miss tomorrow’s Turkish League match against Sakarya. His status for Fenerbahce’s next EuroLeague game against Valencia remains unclear.
