All media were reporting that Panathinaikos have made an offer of 4.1 mil for three seasons to Sofoklis Schortsanitis. The player’s manager however denied having received any such offer by Panathinaikos.
Sport.gr contacted the manager of Schortsanitis and he denied any such offer. Not that Panathinaikos are not interested in the player, but they simply haven’t presented an official offer and according to reports they want to go after Aleks Maric first. Big Sofo’s manager also stated that his player has received official offers by two Spanish teams and a Russian one.
