With Vassilis Spanoulis back in the fold following injury, Olympiacos were able to stay in touch with CSKA Moscow at the summit of the EuroLeague with a thrilling overtime win over Real Madrid, while Fenerbahce and Crvena Zvezda were also victorious as week 11 concluded on Friday.

Olympiacos started strong, finished the fourth on a downer but recovered to beat Real Madrid 92-83 after a period of overtime.

The Reds improve to 9-2 while injury-plagued Madrid falls to 5-6. Georgios Printezis led the victors with 21 points.

Champions Fenerbahce scored its fifth win in six games, improving its record to 8-3 by downing Barcelona 83-68.

Kostas Sloukas paced Fenerbahce with 17 points and five assists.

Crvena Zvezda hit 14 three-pointers, three off their club record as they eased past Anadolu Efes 100-81 in Belgrade.

James Feldeine led the way with a career-high 29 points and four steals for the winners.
