Panathinaikos needed a strong fourth quarter to get the better of Unicaja Malaga 82-71 in Athens.

The win lifted Panathinaikos to 7-3 as they stay in third place, while Unicaja lost a fourth straight game, dropping to 3-7.

The two teams traded blows for the first three quarters, before the hosts pulled away in the fourth behind Nick Calathes and Nikos Pappas. James Gist starred with 17 points plus 11 rebounds.
