Lithuania have been dealt a blow ahead of Eurobasket, which starts in just over a week as Lukas Lekavicius suffered a fractured metatarsal.
Adas Juskevicius will replace Lekavicius as he will miss Eurobasket.

Lithuania will be housed in Group B in Tel Aviv, alongside pool hosts Israel, Germany, Italy, Georgia and Ukraine. They are expected to qualify from the group.
