Sergio Rodriguez passed his medical examination and was officially announced by Real Madrid in a deal that was reported to be done since a couple of weeks.
The 24-year old Spanish point guard averaged 7.4 points, 3.4 assists and 1.4 rebounds last season in the NBA with the New York Knicks, while he has spent the last 4 years of his career over the Atlantic with teams like the Trail Blazers, the Kings and the Knicks.
