It was known for quite a while that Maccabi Tel Aviv will not keep Alan Anderson. The Israeli club did not activate the option they had to renew Anderson, so now the 27-year old American is a free agent.
Anderson is already reported to be targeted by Real Madrid, while he is also linked with his previous club, Cibona, where he had an amazing season 2 years ago. His last Euroleague season had many ups and downs with 13.7 ppg in the end.
Maccabi Tel Aviv is looking to replace him with Jamon Lucas who spent the last season at Maroussi.
