According to the Russian sports website championat.ru Real Madrid has decided to part ways with five players. Mako Jaric, Travis Hansen, Rimantas Kaukenas, Tomas Van den Spiegel and Vladimir Dasic are expected to either be released soon or called to discuss the termination of their contracts soon.
The news comes just hours after the news of Louis Bullock leaving the team as well. Real Madrid’s new General Manager Juan Carlos Sanchez Lazaro is obviously looking to make some radical changes in the basketball department of the club, after a not so successful season with Messina and some questionable signings by the Italian coach.
In the meanwhile Real Madrid is trying to sign a big name, with Rudy Fernandez, Vassilis Spanoulis and David Andersen being the primary targets.
