Olympiacos’ captain and leader, Vassilis Spanoulis, talked to TalkBasket.net about the battle with Fenerbahce on Sunday night, mentioning that the Championship Game is not about him and coach Obradovic.

“It’s a really nice feeling that we made it to the Final, we have to be ready, but it’s our performance on the court that will determine everything,” said the three-time Euroleague champion.

The 35-year-old guard added that the team has retained its high energy levels, while the presence of so many Fenerbahce supporters in the stadium will not have an effect on him and his team-mates.

“We have played many times in front of a sold-out crowd, this will not be a problem for us,” he stated.
