After the end of Olympiacos’ training session, TalkBasket.net spoke to Ioannis Papapetrou about Sunday’s Championship Game.
The 23-year-old forward was very happy for having the opportunity to play in a second Final so early in his career, however he prefers to be the winner this time (Olympiacos had lost to Real Madrid in 2015).
Regarding Sunday’s game, Papapetrou said he and his team-mates are not tired at all and have prepared very well, both mentally and physically, adding that “we have to make some changes to our tactics, as the opponent has a different playing style to CSKA’s one.”
In the question whether the “Reds” will be affected by the presence of so many Fenerbahce supporters at the “Sinan Erdem Dome,” Papapetrou stated that “we will concentrate only in the game, we have faced similar situations, we will not have a problem.”
