Ex-Barcelona member, Spanish, Alex Abrines is still following his former team results. Abrines understands why Catalans are not good as they used to be and told that he is still in touch with his ex-teammates.

Barcelona is not performing as expected at the moment as they are 12th in Euroleague with 8-12 record as they won only one of their last seven games. They also lost in Copa del Rey semi final against Valencia Basket. In Spanish Endesa League Barcelona is in fourth place with 14-5 record.

Oklahoma city Thunder guard has an explanation why his ex-team is playing so bad: “Between me and Spain is seven hours difference but I am still following what is happening back home, what is happening with my team and I am still getting in touch with some former teammates. I know that the season for them is not great but they are rebuilding at the moment. They need to be patient and work hard.”

Abrines played four season in Barcelona, he became Spanish league champion and won Copa del Rey cup.
