LeBron James; Kyrie Irving debut new signature sneakers on Christmas Day

Christmas Day in the NBA is a special event with the league’s most anticipated games happening on this day. It is also a day for the sneaker fanatics among us to catch a glimpse at potential new footwear or fresh colourways that have yet to be seen.

And Christmas Day 2016 was no different, especially in the rematch of last season’s NBA Finals between the Golden State Warriors and Cleveland Cavaliers, where Kyrie Irving and LeBron James stepped out in fresh sneakers.

Irving, who ultimately settled the enthralling contest with a turnaround late on rocked the new “Kyrie 3”, which was recently released earlier in the month. Uncle Drew wore a PE white and gold before switching to the “Samurai” sneaker which was actually a mystery release, only revealed on SNKRS earlier today.

But Irving’s two new sneaker unveiling proved not to match the hype for what team-mate LeBron James wore. The 2016 NBA Finals MVP revealed the new Nike LeBron 14 that were leaked on social media two weeks ago but confirmed today.

With James seeming to settle on the Soldier 10’s, it was time to move forward and the LeBron 14 could be that next step.
