As Marcelinho Huertas got injured in practice over the weekend, the management of Caja Laboral saw the emerging problem at point guard position and proceded to agree terms with 24-year old Sean Singletary.
The US-guard was recently cut by the Philadelphia 76ers and was in search for a new team. He signed a contract for the remainder of the season while Caja Laboral keeps the option to terminate his contract after two months. Last season, Singletary competed with the Phoenix Suns and Charlotte Bobcats in the NBA and Sioux Falls Skyforce in the NBDL.
