The Toronto Raptors defeated the Los Angeles Clippers 114-106 in an NBA Canada Games preseason matchup at Rogers Arena in Vancouver on Saturday, while Kawhi Leonard watched from the sidelines against his former team.
Leonard, who was traded from the Clippers to Toronto earlier this offseason, did not play in the contest. The matchup nevertheless gave both teams an opportunity to evaluate their rotations ahead of the 2026-27 NBA season.
Toronto built its advantage in the first half, outscoring Los Angeles 57-45 over the opening two quarters. The Raptors extended their lead by winning the third quarter 32-27 and entered the final period ahead 89-72.
The Clippers scored 34 points in the fourth quarter but could not overcome the deficit, as Toronto maintained control to secure the eight-point victory.
RJ Barrett led the Raptors with 20 points, five rebounds and five assists in 23 minutes. He shot 7-of-11 from the field, including 3-of-5 from three-point range, helping Toronto establish its early offensive rhythm.
Immanuel Quickley added 18 points and four assists, shooting 6-of-8 overall and 5-of-6 from beyond the arc. His perimeter shooting helped Toronto stretch the Clippers’ defense and maintain its advantage.
Collin Murray-Boyles contributed 13 points and nine rebounds off the bench, while Scottie Barnes recorded 12 points, 10 rebounds and three assists. Jakob Poeltl finished with nine points and four rebounds.

The Raptors also collected 48 rebounds and recorded 25 assists.
Rui Hachimura paced Los Angeles with 14 points, three rebounds and one assist, converting all seven of his free-throw attempts. Darius Garland added 11 points and four assists, while Cam Christie finished with eight points.
Baba Miller and Yuki Kawamura each scored 10 points off the bench. Kawamura also distributed four assists, while Miller grabbed four rebounds.
The Clippers shot 43% from the field and 32% from three-point range, finishing 9-of-28 from beyond the arc. They also committed 15 turnovers, compared with 20 for Toronto, but could not make up the difference in shooting efficiency.
Los Angeles improved its offensive output in the fourth quarter, scoring 34 points, but Toronto’s lead proved too large to erase. The Raptors received contributions from their starters and reserves to close out the game.
