Enes Kanter Freedom believes Sophie Cunningham deserves consideration for a Woman of the Year award, praising the WNBA guard for publicly standing by her views.
“I think it’s time that we start the conversation about Sophie Cunningham winning the Woman of the Year award… She’s an American hero and a patriot and she’s not only inspiring the kids in America, but all over the world,” Freedom said.
The former NBA player has repeatedly voiced his support for Cunningham amid the ongoing debate surrounding women’s sports.
