After six years in the making, Ben Gordon finally made his debut for Great Britain on Saturday night as they prepare for the Eurobasket qualifying campaign in Portugal.
Gordon, currently a free agent is looking to these qualifiers as a way of landing an NBA contract next season.
The 33-year-old, London-born guard scored 17 points, going 6/13 from the field in 23 minutes in their 78-61 loss to Germany.
GB will play Hungary, FYR of Macedonia and Luxembourg in their Eurobasket qualifiers. They begin on August 31 away to the Hungarians.
