Milojevic has been facing various and serious injuries throughout his career but it seems that his knees are giving up on him and retirement is a real possibility at the moment.
The unexpected developement has left the Partizan management buffled as they were investing a lot in the player giving him important roles both on and off the court for the upcoming season.
Partizan's coach further commented on the case:
"Dejan has been facing a lot of problems with his knees and if he doesn't want to go through it again, then the club does not want to pressure him either, if he is not going to give 100% during the season. We hoped that it would not come to this, but the player is close to ending his career. For now we do not have a backup plan."
