According to Spanish sources Ricky Rubio's future is finally clear: at least for the next two seasons Rubio will play for Barcelona. Barca raised their offer to 3.7 million and Joventut agreed to let Rubio go.
Barcelona and Rubio agreed on a 6-year deal with decreasing NBA buyout clauses each season after the second one. The 3.7 million buyout that Barcelona has to pay to Joventut makes Rubio the most expensive transfer of all times in Europe.
