The Chicago Bulls have landed Jaden Ivey and Mike Conley Jr. as part of a three-team trade involving the Detroit Pistons and Minnesota Timberwolves.

In the deal, Detroit receives Kevin Huerter, Dario Saric, and a protected 2026 first-round pick swap from Minnesota.

Ivey now projects as a pre-agency option for Chicago after failing to reach a contract extension with the Pistons back in October.

Chicago is also facing roster uncertainty this offseason, with Coby White and Ayo Dosunmu set to become unrestricted free agents.

Dosunmu is additionally viewed as a possible trade piece ahead of the deadline due to potential on-court fit questions alongside Josh Giddey.

For Minnesota, the trade provides major financial relief, reducing its luxury tax burden from $24 million down to $3.8 million and moving the team below the first apron.

Detroit, meanwhile, addresses a roster need by adding another reliable three-point shooter as the franchise looks to carry its regular-season momentum into the playoffs.
