When will the Dasic-story end?

ImageThere is a lot of agony amongst the Partizan supporters regarding Dasic' case and many of them would like to see the issue being resolved as soon as possible. In the past couple of months there  have been stories that speak of Vladimir Dasic' move to Partizan and at the same time there have been quotes in the press denying the move.

Fact is that Dasic will leave Buducnost Podgorica this summer and we will oon finad out which club will be his next destination. Considering that all big clubs are signing experienced players who can "make the difference" on the court immediately and having in mind the factor that made a big impact on basketball market this summer, the economic crisis, there are not many clubs who are ready to spend money to sign a 21-year old (yet) big talent.

It is well known that Dusko Vujosevic has Dasic in his plans and Dasic himself stated in numerous occasions that he would like to join Partizan. The only brake in a possible deal is the buyout fee. Buducnost is asking 500.000 euros according to some sources and Partizan is willing to pay a little less than that. The duration of the contract is also at stake, Dasic would like it to be as short as possible (1 year-deal) but the management of Partizan is insisting on a 2+1 deal, or at least "closed" 2-year deal.

There is a possibility that a solution to this matter could come in a couple of days from now. The Montenegrin National Team started training with Dusko Vujosevic as Head Coach and Vladimir Dasic as one of their best players so we will get some answers soon.
