Lithuanian international Mindaugas Kuzminskas is heading to the New York Knicks on a two-year deal.
The contract with the Knicks is reportedly worth $6million. Kuzminskas’ deal with Darussafaka Dogus, included an NBA-out clause.
It was rumoured that the Lithuanian, who will suit up for the Eurobasket 2015 silver-medalists at next month’s Rio Olympics sensationally u-turned on his new deal in Istanbul a mere three hours after the terror attacks on Ataturk Airport.
Kuzminskas averaged 12 points in the Euroleague for Unicaja Malaga last season.
