Olympiacos announced the signing of Thomas Kelati from Unicaja. 26-year-old small forward spent just one season in Spain after joining Unicaja from Turow Zgorzelec in Poland. He is having a nice career so far and will be wearing the red jersey for the next two seasons.
1.95m tall American forward averaged 11.8 points per game in his Euroleague debut season. Kelati had similar stats in Spanish ACB league with 10.3 points per game.
Two out of three spots for non-EU players at Olympiacos are now filled by Josh Childress and Thomas Kelati. Though Kelati could move to the EU player spot if he gets Polish passport.
