As TalkBasket.net sources tell us from both Spain and Greece, Sarunas Jasikevicius has an offer from the Spanish giants Unicaja Malaga.
It is not a great secret that Jasikevicius is wanted by a great deal of teams all over Europe, but very few can actually afford him. And one of them is Unicaja Malaga. Or are they?
Even though Spanish sources insist that Unicaja's deal is a lucrative one, our sources from Greece have informed us that no matter how good Unicaja's offer is, it still does not match Panathinaikos's offer.
Greek sources report that this offer is mainly being used by the player and his agent to earn something extra from Panathinaikos, either in contract duration or better financial terms.
However, Panathinaikos have made it clear, through their vice-president, Thanasis Giannakopoulos, that their offer is final and that they await the answer of the international Lithuanian star by the end of the week, or they could start looking for a replacement.
