Barcelona prodigy Eric Vila Martinez has reportedly agreed to head to NCAA Division 1 outfit Texas A&M in the summer.
The 6’9″ power forward, who starred in Barcelona’s Adidas Next Generation Tournament success during the Euroleague Final Four and led the Catalan side with 19 points in their championship game win also visited Wake Forest and Missouri.
He also played for Spain in 2014 FIBA U16 European Championships and in the 2015 FIBA U18 European Championships.
Through nine games in the U18’s this past summer, Vila averaged 3.4 points and 2.9 rebounds a game.
