Josh Giddey and the Chicago Bulls have finalized a significant contract agreement, locking in a four-year deal worth $100 million.

The negotiations had been drawn out, as Giddey entered discussions as a restricted free agent, giving the Bulls the right to match any offers from other teams.

Initially, the Bulls had presented Giddey with a four-year offer totaling $80 million. After continued discussions, they raised the proposal to $88 million over four seasons before ultimately reaching the finalized $100 million agreement.

Details regarding how much of the contract is fully guaranteed have not yet been disclosed.

During his first season in Chicago, the player posted impressive numbers, averaging 14.6 points, 8.1 rebounds, and 7.2 assists per game.

The talented guard had been acquired by the Bulls in June 2024 from the Oklahoma City Thunder, in a trade that sent Alex Caruso to Oklahoma City in exchange for Giddey.
