Charles Barkley once again described Los Angeles Lakers star LeBron James as a “nice guy” compared to Michael Jordan and Kobe Bryant.
During a recent appearance on the Spittin’ Chiclets podcast, Barkley highlighted the difference in competitiveness between LeBron and the two late greats.
“Michael and Kobe, they were dangerous. They’d kill your a–,” Barkley said, via Lakers Daily. “LeBron’s great, great, great, but he’s a nice guy.”
He added that while Jordan and Bryant had a natural-born killer instinct, LeBron “had to learn to be competitive.”
Barkley called Jordan one of his best friends and said he only got to know Bryant “a little bit,” emphasizing their fierce drive to win.
“LeBron wants to win, but at the end of the day, he’s a really nice guy,” Barkley explained.
