The New York Knicks have officially signed veteran forward P.J. Tucker to a standard two-year contract, strengthening their roster ahead of the postseason push.
However, according to Ian Begley of SNY TV, the team may not be finished making moves just yet.
With a few weeks remaining in the regular season, the Knicks still have the flexibility to bring in another player to fill out their 15-man roster.
Thanks to some maneuverability under the second apron, they could sign a veteran free agent on a minimum contract without exceeding financial restrictions.
That said, adding another player would require a corresponding roster move. The Knicks would need to waive someone from their current squad to clear the necessary space for a new signing.
With the playoffs approaching, the front office may evaluate potential options to ensure they have the best possible depth heading into the postseason.
