Giannis’ 32-point night lifts Bucks past Kings in gritty comeback

Giannis Antetokounmpo powered the Milwaukee Bucks to a 114-108 win over the Sacramento Kings on Saturday night, finishing with 32 points and 17 rebounds.

The Bucks (40-30) struggled early, falling behind 25-17 in the first quarter and trailing by as many as 14 in the third. However, they found their rhythm in the second half, outscoring Sacramento 65-47 in the final two quarters.

Brook Lopez added 21 points, while Kyle Kuzma recorded a double-double with 14 points and 14 rebounds. Kevin Porter Jr. provided a spark off the bench with 18 points and six assists.

DeMar DeRozan led the Kings (35-35) with 22 points, while Keon Ellis contributed 20. Jonas Valančiūnas added 16 points, seven rebounds, and five assists.

Both teams played without key players. Milwaukee was missing Damian Lillard, who sat out his second straight game with a right calf injury. Sacramento remained without Domantas Sabonis (right ankle) and Malik Monk (illness).

Despite the absences, the Kings controlled the game early and took a 61-49 lead into halftime. They extended their advantage to 14 in the third before Milwaukee stormed back with a 37-point quarter.

The final minutes were marked by missed opportunities for Sacramento, as the team shot three consecutive airballs and missed two crucial free throws in the closing stretch.

Milwaukee had only one player—Antetokounmpo—score in double figures in the first half, but six Bucks reached that mark by the end of the game.

With the win, the Bucks swept the season series against the Kings, while Sacramento dropped its third straight home game.
