Pelicans convert Brandon Boston Jr. to 2-year deal

The New Orleans Pelicans officially upgraded Brandon Boston Jr.’s contract to a standard NBA deal for the next two years on Tuesday, solidifying his spot on the team.

Boston has consistently contributed this season, posting an average of 10.7 points per game.

In addition to Boston’s contract conversion, the Pelicans have also secured the services of Jalen Crutcher, signing him to a two-way contract.

Crutcher has been making a strong impact in the G League, where he is currently averaging 18.1 points and 6.8 assists per game.
