Here’s Orlando Magic star Paolo Banchero on the production of Wendell Carter Jr. in the paint as a starter after last night’s 114-108 road win vs. the Atlanta Hawks (9 points/15 rebounds/1 block/zero turnovers/4-8 FG/1-2 FT).
(via Orlando Magic):
“He was great. Just being a force down there. Finishing around the rim. Rebounding. Contesting shots at the rim. He changed a lot of shots down there. He was huge. Played tough. Obviously, he’s back home. I think it’s just a boost of energy for us. Having him back in the starting lineup, stuff feels like it fits. So, just happy about that.”
