Following a hectic All-Star weekend, first-year Spurs guard Stephon Castle sat down with Marc J. Spears of Andscape to reflect on his time in San Francisco.
During the interview, Castle shared his thoughts on several topics, including the lessons he’s learned from veteran guard Chris Paul and the experience of playing alongside the remarkable Victor Wembanyama.
Castle also discussed his excitement about the future, particularly his potential to play alongside the newly acquired San Antonio point guard, De’Aaron Fox.
With optimism about his evolving role on the team, Castle is looking forward to building chemistry with Fox and continuing to grow as a player.
“I love playing with D-Fox,” the rookie told Spears. “He plays super-fast. That is how I like to play. Super unselfish. He can go get a bucket whenever you need him to. Yeah, he’s super cool and a great guy off the court, too.”
