Ethan Thompson, who has mostly played in the G League since going undrafted in 2021, called his new two-way contract with the Orlando Magic a “dream come true.”
He mentioned that being part of the organization, including its G League affiliate, the Osceola Magic, has “felt like home,” as reported by Jason Beede of The Orlando Sentinel.
“It was a surreal moment,” Thompson said of signing his first NBA two-way contract. “My mom instantly cried. My father is proud; my brother is proud as well. It’s a great thing to be able to share that with them.”
