Sacramento Kings veteran DeMar DeRozan spoke very highly about Houston Rockets sophomore Amen Thompson following Thursday’s 132-127 home win (20 points/10 rebounds/5 assists/2 steals/1 block/8-12 FG/4-4 FT/zero fouls in 41 minutes).
(via Sacramento Kings):
“He’s extremely tough, man. Tough. His ability athletically, what he’s able to do, is amazing. As long as he stick with it, he can be special in this league. He do a lot of great things on both sides of the basketball and you can see his confidence getting better and better every single game. So, I think the kid definitely gon’ be special.”
