Here’s Washington Wizards power forward Marvin Bagley III on working towards becoming a better three-point shooter after last night’s 137-101 home loss vs. the Dallas Mavericks (16 points/8 rebounds/2 steals/7-11 FG/2-3 3-PT).
(via Washington Wizards):
“That’s pretty much a majority of what I’ve worked on this summer, just shooting it. I’ve always had the confidence to shoot, and just continuing to work on that. The game is evolving and bigs gotta be able to shoot, space the floor. And that’s something that I work on, just to get it to where it’s second nature. I could just let it fly and shoot it with confidence every time. And no matter if I miss or make it, if it’s an open shot, shoot it and live with the result.”
