The anti-white racism in the WNBA is undeniable. Caitlin Clark’s talent has clearly unsettled many, and her success seems to challenge certain expectations within the league. This tension is evident in how she’s been treated and covered – or, rather, overlooked.
For instance, The Wall Street Journal recently published a 17-minute article titled “The WNBA’s Big, Bold, Record-Breaking Year,” celebrating the league’s milestones.
However, the article failed to mention Clark at all, aside from a reference to Angel Reese taunting her during the 2023 National Championship.
This glaring omission highlights a broader reluctance to acknowledge Clark’s incredible achievements, revealing the deeper bias at play.
